VidSeen Region Share
A tiny free utility for sharing just a region of your screen: place its click-through frame over anything, then pick the live "Region Share" window in any screen-share dialog — the VidSeen web recorder, Zoom, or Teams. The full VidSeen app already includes it; these are for people who only want region sharing.

After installing
1. Open VidSeen — it appears in the menu bar (Mac) or system tray (Windows).
2. Sign in with your work account when asked.
3. Press the record hotkey shown in the menu to make your first capture.
