Every person gets a tracked link
Send the recording to people or a group. Each person signs in as themselves before a watch counts, so Outlook scanners can’t fake a view.
- People or distribution groups
- Assign to the whole team in one step. New members of a group are included.
- An optional timer
- Require the video to play for its length before it can be confirmed.
- Comprehension questions
- So “watched” means they understood, not that they left the tab open.

See who is done
Opened isn’t finished
The dashboard shows who confirmed, who hasn’t, and how many reminders went out. You don’t chase anyone.
- Reminders every two business days
- Anyone still outstanding gets nudged until they finish. When the last person is done, it stops.
- A Friday summary
- Each week, a short list of what’s still waiting and who it’s waiting on.
- Views that count
- Each person signs in, so the record shows who really watched.

Why not just Loom?
Loom is excellent async video. It won’t nag the three people who skipped the compliance clip, and it won’t ask them a question before counting the view. That loop is the product.
