Assign it once
Send the recording to people or a group. Each person gets a tracked link. Outlook scanners cannot fake a view: they sign in as themselves before a watch counts.
Optional timer and comprehension questions so “watched” means they understood, not that they left the tab open.
See who is done
Opened is not finished. The dashboard shows who confirmed, who has not, and how many reminders went out. Anyone still outstanding gets nudged every two business days until they do — you do not chase them.
Friday you get a summary of what is still waiting. When the last person finishes, it stops.
Why not just Loom?
