Terms of Service
Last updated August 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and IndySoft, Inc. ("IndySoft", "we", "us") about your use of VidSeen — the apps, the web app, share pages, and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use VidSeen on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
Your account
You sign in with an account managed by you or your organization. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Organization administrators may manage the accounts, content, and settings of their organization's members.
Your content
You own the recordings, screenshots, and other content you upload. You give us the permission needed to host, store, process, transmit, and display it in order to provide the Service to you and to the people you share it with — including generating transcripts and summaries. We do not claim any other rights to it.
You are responsible for your content: for having the right to record and share what it contains, for complying with any consent or notice requirements that apply to recording people, and for who you give share links to. Anyone with a share link can view that content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to store or share content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware; to harass anyone; to gain access to accounts or content that are not yours; or to interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Early access
VidSeen is offered as paid subscription plans, each starting with a free trial; current prices are on the Pricing page. Features will change as the product evolves, and we may change or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your content and account data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the Service; where practical, we will give you the chance to export your content first.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndySoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date above; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
