- You need a customer to record their screen without creating an account.

- The job is a quick face-and-screen update to colleagues, and recording is the whole workflow.
- You want comments, emoji reactions and a polished editor: filler-word removal, stitching, backgrounds.
- You need a Chrome extension, iOS and Android apps, or a free plan with no card.
- You’re standardized on Atlassian and want recordings that file Jira items.
