VidSeen

Record. Send the link. See that Sarah watched.

Press a hotkey, capture a region or the whole screen, and paste a link. VidSeen tells you who opened it and who finished — so you never have to ask “did you watch that?” Mac, Windows, and the web.

VidSeen: a play button inside a progress ring that closes as viewers finish watching

Capture in one keystroke

A global hotkey starts a countdown and records a region or the whole screen — microphone and system audio included. Screenshots too, with arrows, boxes, and notes.

Share a link, not a file

Recordings upload as you finish. Copy the link and paste it into email, Teams, or a ticket. The share page adds a transcript and an AI summary on its own.

Know who watched

Every share tracks opens and completions per viewer. Send a video to a group, and VidSeen reminds anyone who has not finished — so you never have to ask.

Ask them to record

Send a link. They record in the browser — no account, no install. The walkthrough comes back attached to your ask. Support tickets start with evidence instead of a description of a description.

For support teams

Copy text from the screen

Select any area — an error dialog, a paused video, a screenshot you cannot highlight. The text lands on your clipboard. Recognition runs on the device; nothing is uploaded.

Proof they finished

Assign a video to people or a group. Viewers confirm they watched — a timer, questions, or both. Anyone who has not gets a reminder on business days.

For training

From hotkey to “Sarah watched.”

1. Press the hotkey

A 3-2-1 countdown, then you record a region or the whole screen. Pause if you need to. Stop, and the upload has already started.

2. Paste the link

It is on your clipboard before the window closes. Drop it in email, Teams, or a ticket. The share page adds a transcript and an AI summary on its own.

3. See who finished

Sarah opens it, watches, and confirms. You see it. Everyone else on the list gets a reminder until they do.

Everything from one small window

This is the whole app. Record a region or the whole screen; take a screenshot; copy text off the display; choose your audio; and copy the link to anything you captured recently. The same panel lives in the Windows system tray.
