Sharing and who watched

Every capture gets an unguessable link. Anyone with the link can watch in the browser — no account on their side.

Tracked viewers

Assign people or a group in the web app to see who finished. VidSeen reminds anyone who has not, on business days. Customer links record first open only (no reminders).

Playback

For recordings made in VidSeen, “watched” means they actually played the video, not that they left the tab open.

Embed

On My Captures, copy embed to drop an iframe into Notion, Confluence, or a ticket.

Delete

Delete from the web app and the share link stops working.
