VidSeen uses Entra External ID. After a major update you may sign in once more. Choose your organization (IndySoft employees: IndySoft).Email box vs organization button
If you see both, click the organization button rather than typing an unknown email.Work or school vs personal
Choose Work or school account when Microsoft asks.Session expired
The web app should send you to the email sign-in screen. Hard-refresh, or clear site data for app.vidseen.com if it loops.
